The Mitsubishi Mr. Slim SEZ Series is a horizontal ducted ceiling-concealed indoor unit designed for low static pressure duct systems. It installs above the ceiling and connects to a short run of existing or new ductwork — delivering conditioned air through standard supply registers with no visible indoor unit. A clean, discreet solution for rooms where aesthetics matter and a small duct network is already in place or practical to add. Available in 9,000 to 17,200 BTU. This page is for the indoor unit and installation only. A compatible outdoor unit must be purchased separately. A controller is also required and is not included — see options below. Price includes up to 20 ft of lineset with standard professional installation.
This page covers the SEZ Series indoor ducted unit and its installation only. To complete your system you also need:
- A compatible outdoor unit — MXZ Standard, MXZ Hyper Heat, PUMY Standard, or PUMY-HL Hyper Heat series (sold separately)
- A controller — SEZ units do not include a remote controller. A wired or Wi-Fi controller must be ordered separately — see options below
