01What is a heat pump?
A heat pump moves heat instead of burning fuel to make it. In winter it pulls heat from the outdoor air and brings it inside. In summer it runs in reverse and works as your air conditioner. One outdoor unit, one system, year-round comfort.

A heat pump built for Canadian winters. Cold-climate models keep heating efficiently well below freezing — many keep running down to −30 °C. On the coldest days they can be paired with your furnace (a hybrid system) or an electric backup (a fully electric system).

Heat pumps use far less energy to deliver the same heat — typically 2 to 4 units of heat for every unit of electricity. That cuts energy use and emissions, so Ontario and the federal government offer rebates to help homeowners make the switch.

Which brands do you install?
We install and service all major brands, and we recommend the equipment that fits your home — not the one we're pushing. For heat pumps and air conditioning we work with Bosch, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic and AirQuest. For boilers and water heaters we install Navien, NTI, Viessmann and Rinnai. Every system is installed by our TSSA-licensed team, and we help you register the manufacturer's warranty.
