Unless specifically stated otherwise, website prices, examples or promotional prices should not be considered a final quotation for a particular HVAC installation or project.
Final pricing may depend on factors including equipment selection, installation requirements, building conditions, electrical requirements, gas piping, ductwork, venting, refrigerant piping, drainage, accessibility, permits, additional materials and other project-specific requirements.
Where Bison Air Inc. provides a written quotation, proposal or agreement, the terms and pricing contained in that document will apply to the specific project.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND HVAC EQUIPMENT
Products and HVAC equipment are subject to availability.
Equipment specifications, model numbers, appearance and availability may change as manufacturers update or discontinue products.
Where an exact model is specified in a signed quotation or agreement, Bison Air Inc. will supply that model unless a substitution or modification is agreed upon with the customer or is otherwise permitted under the applicable agreement.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms, conditions, registration requirements and limitations.
Any Bison Air Inc. labour warranty or additional warranty will be governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, agreement or warranty documentation.
Returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any project-specific agreement.
SECTION 6 - HVAC INSTALLATION AND SERVICE
HVAC installations and service work may require access to mechanical rooms, electrical panels, ceilings, walls, attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, exterior areas or other portions of a property.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to areas required for the agreed work.
The exact scope of an HVAC installation or service project is determined by the applicable quotation, proposal, work order or agreement.
Additional work discovered during installation or service that was not reasonably identifiable beforehand may result in additional charges. Where practical, Bison Air Inc. will discuss material changes with the customer before proceeding with additional chargeable work.
Unless specifically included in writing, work performed by other trades, structural modifications, painting, drywall repair, finish carpentry and similar restoration work are not automatically included in an HVAC quotation.
SECTION 7 - HVAC SYSTEM SIZING AND PERFORMANCE
HVAC equipment recommendations may depend on factors including building size, insulation, windows, existing ductwork, heating and cooling loads, occupancy, climate conditions and existing mechanical systems.
Equipment sizing and system design may require additional information, measurements or calculations.
Actual energy consumption, utility savings, operating costs, comfort levels and equipment performance can vary based on weather, building characteristics, thermostat settings, maintenance, occupancy and other conditions beyond our control.
Unless specifically guaranteed in a written agreement, estimates relating to energy savings or operating costs are informational and are not guarantees of future results.
SECTION 8 - REBATES AND INCENTIVE PROGRAMS
Bison Air Inc. may provide information or assistance regarding available HVAC rebate, incentive or energy-efficiency programs.
Rebate programs are administered by third parties and may change, expire or be modified without notice.
Eligibility, rebate amounts, equipment requirements, documentation requirements, approval and payment are determined by the applicable program administrator.
Unless specifically stated in writing, Bison Air Inc. does not guarantee that a customer will qualify for or receive a particular rebate or incentive.
Customers should confirm applicable program requirements before proceeding with a project where receipt of a rebate is important to their purchasing decision.
SECTION 9 - FINANCING
Financing options may be available through third-party financing providers.
Financing approval, interest rates, payment amounts, terms, conditions and eligibility are determined by the financing provider.
Bison Air Inc. does not guarantee financing approval.
Customers should review and understand the financing provider’s terms before entering into a financing agreement.
SECTION 10 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for purchases and Services.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order or transaction where permitted by applicable law, including where fraud, pricing errors or other material issues are reasonably suspected.

Payment schedules and deposits for HVAC projects will be governed by the applicable quotation, agreement or invoice.

Third-party services are subject to their respective terms and policies.
