SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Bison Air Inc. primarily provides HVAC equipment as part of professional installation and service projects. Most HVAC equipment and materials are delivered directly to the installation site by Bison Air Inc., our suppliers, distributors, or authorized delivery providers as part of the scheduled project.
HVAC INSTALLATION PROJECTS
For equipment purchased as part of an HVAC installation, delivery is generally coordinated by Bison Air Inc. and does not require separate shipping arrangements by the customer unless otherwise stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.
Equipment delivery dates and installation dates may depend on product availability, supplier inventory, manufacturer availability, and project scheduling.
Bison Air Inc. will communicate with the customer if a significant equipment or delivery delay is expected to affect the scheduled installation.
EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY
HVAC equipment, parts, and materials are subject to manufacturer and distributor availability.
Occasionally, equipment may be backordered, discontinued, delayed, or temporarily unavailable due to circumstances outside the control of Bison Air Inc.
If this affects a confirmed project, we will contact the customer to discuss available options.
SHIPPED PRODUCTS
For products that are specifically purchased for shipment rather than professional installation, applicable shipping charges and delivery options will be communicated before the order is finalized or displayed at checkout where available.
Estimated shipping or delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by the carrier, weather, supplier availability, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
DELIVERY INSPECTION
Customers should notify Bison Air Inc. promptly if a separately shipped product arrives visibly damaged or if there appears to be an issue with the shipment.
For equipment delivered as part of a Bison Air Inc. installation project, our team will coordinate equipment handling and installation as part of the agreed project scope.
