If your appliance requires servicing or annual maintenance, scheduling an appointment is easy! With just a few clicks, you can choose a date and time that works best for you, and we'll take care of the rest. If you need to reschedule or cancel the service, you can also do so on your own, up to one day before the scheduled appointment.

How it works?

Please feel free to purchase our services and select the one that suits your needs. Each service plan has its own unique features. To schedule your appointment, click on "Schedule your time" and choose a date and time. Please note that appointments must be booked at least one day in advance. If you require emergency service on the same day, please give us a call. Once you have made a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Our technician will contact you 30 minutes before arriving. If you are unable to answer the call, the appointment will be rescheduled automatically for the following day at the same time. Please provide us with the best phone number to reach you. You can also reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the due date by yourself. If you cancel, you will receive a refund within 2 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via the chat icon or by calling us.

How often the HVAC appliances need to maintenance?

Once a year.

It is important to have your gas appliance checked and maintained on an annual basis for safety reasons and proper operation. Additionally, keeping records of the annual maintenance can help ensure that most parts warranty will remain valid.

Once you have made your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the necessary details. The technician assigned to your appointment will call you 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Please ensure that you are available to answer the call. In case you miss the call, the appointment will be rescheduled for the following day at the same time. Please provide us with the best phone number where you can be reached.

You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. If you cancel your service, the money will be refunded automatically within 2 business days.
