💡 Built-in pump or standard? A recirculation model (Navien NPE-A2 or Rinnai RXP) keeps hot water close to the taps, so you wait less at far bathrooms. If your home has no recirculation line, we can add one or use a crossover valve; ask us which works for your plumbing.

Rough guide only. Toronto's cold incoming water in winter lowers how much hot water a tankless unit can deliver, so we size for the number of showers and taps you run at the same time, not just the number of bathrooms. A large home may need two units or an indirect tank.
