The Rinnai SENSEI RXP is a condensing tankless water heater with a built-in recirculation pump. You get endless hot water at up to 11.1 GPM and up to 0.98 UEF, plus faster hot water at far bathrooms and kitchens without an add-on pump. It runs on natural gas or propane and mounts indoors or outdoors. Standard installation by Bison Air is included across Toronto and the GTA.

🔄 Built-In Recirculation Pump
The RXP has a built-in 4-speed recirculation pump with Rinnai Smart-Circ, which learns your household's hot water routine over about a week and runs the pump before you usually need hot water. It works with a dedicated return line, or without one in Crossover Mode using a thermal bypass valve at the farthest fixture. The result is hot water at the tap in seconds and less water down the drain while you wait.

🔧 What Standard Installation Includes
- ✓ Removal of your existing tank water heater
- ✓ New tankless unit wall-mounted and piped to your hot and cold water lines

Quoted as extras when needed: a gas line upgrade if your meter or piping is too small, longer or new vent runs, an outdoor vent cap for outdoor installs, a condensate neutralizer or pump where needed, scale protection for hard water, and a dedicated recirculation return line (or a thermal bypass valve, if not supplied with your unit). We check your gas supply, venting route and water lines before the job, and every extra is quoted in writing before work starts.
