📏 Why Sizing Matters
Every gas appliance in your home shares one meter and one main line. Adding a tankless water heater, a pool heater or a large range can starve the furnace or boiler if the pipe is too small, causing poor performance and nuisance shut-downs. We add up the BTU load of every appliance, measure the pipe length, and size each run so everything gets enough gas at the same time. If the total load is more than the meter can supply, the gas utility may need to upgrade the meter; we tell you before work starts.
