Commercial rooftop units in Toronto, supplied, replaced and installed by Bison Air. A packaged rooftop unit (RTU) combines gas heating and electric cooling in one cabinet on the roof, so it heats and cools a plaza unit, office, restaurant or warehouse without taking up indoor space. We are an authorized AirQuest by Carrier dealer and quote every rooftop job for the building, from 2.5 to 27.5 tons.

🔧 How a Rooftop Replacement Works
1. Send us your current unit
A photo of the nameplate (model and serial number), the voltage, and the building address. That is usually enough to start.
2. Site check and quote
We confirm tonnage, heat input, voltage, curb size, gas and electrical, and crane access, then give you a written quote.
3. Crane day and startup
We lift out the old unit, set the new one on the curb or a curb adapter, connect gas, power, controls and ducts, and commission it.
