The heads and the outdoor unit are sized together from a heat-loss calculation, room by room. If the heads add up to more than the outdoor unit can supply, every room gets less, so we do not oversell zones.

How Bosch multi-zone pricing works: the outdoor unit and each indoor head are sold separately. Pick one outdoor unit, then add a wall-mount, ducted or cassette head for each room. Every price includes standard installation. A minimum of 2 heads is required.

Multi-Zone for Toronto Radiator Homes
Many Toronto and North York homes heat with a boiler and radiators and have no ducts for air conditioning. A multi-zone system adds quiet cooling to each floor with small line sets on the outside wall, and cold-climate models take over much of the heating in spring and fall.
