The Bosch Climate 5000 Universal Ducted Indoor Unit is the concealed air handler option for Bosch Climate 5000 R454B ductless heat pump systems. Unlike wall-mount units that are visible on the interior wall, the ducted indoor unit is installed inside a ceiling cavity, attic, or mechanical room — delivering conditioned air through short duct runs and ceiling or wall grilles, leaving no visible HVAC equipment in the living space.
This is a universal indoor unit, compatible with both single-zone and multi-zone Bosch Climate 5000 R454B outdoor condensers. Available in sizes from 9,000 to 60,000 BTU, it suits applications from individual rooms to large open-plan spaces and light commercial installations.
This listing is for the ducted indoor unit only, with standard installation included. The outdoor condenser unit (ODU) must be purchased separately.

- For a single-zone system: pair this IDU with a compatible Bosch single-zone outdoor condenser
- For a multi-zone system: pair this IDU with a compatible Bosch multi-zone outdoor condenser — you will need one IDU per zone, plus the ODU
- Ducted installations are site-specific. Ceiling access, duct routing, and condensate drainage vary by property — we recommend calling before purchasing to confirm suitability.
