The Navien NPE-S2 is a condensing tankless water heater with dual stainless steel heat exchangers, rated up to 0.96 UEF. It heats water only when you open a tap, so you get endless hot water with no tank to keep warm, at up to 11.2 GPM (NPE-240S2). Four sizes cover condos to large homes. Standard installation by Bison Air is included across Toronto and the GTA.

🔄 NPE-S2 vs NPE-A2
The NPE-S2 is the standard version: the same heat exchangers, sizes and venting, without the built-in pump and buffer tank. It suits homes where hot water already arrives quickly at the main taps. It can run recirculation with an external pump. If your bathrooms are far from the water heater, the NPE-A2 has recirculation built in.

Quoted as extras when needed: a gas line upgrade if your meter or piping is too small, longer or new vent runs, a condensate neutralizer or pump where needed, scale protection for hard water, and an external recirculation pump with return line, if you want recirculation. We check your gas supply, venting route and water lines before the job, and every extra is quoted in writing before work starts.

Navien residential terms with standard or controlled recirculation. A recirculation pump that runs continuously without at least an aquastat control reduces coverage to 5 years on the heat exchanger and 3 years on parts.
