💵 How the Service Call Works
- ✓ You pay this service call fee when the technician arrives, whether or not the system can be repaired
- ✓ The technician diagnoses the problem and, most of the time, fixes it on the same visit
- ✓ If a part has to be ordered, you get the part and its price after the fault is found, before anything is ordered
- ✓ If the unit cannot be repaired and you buy new equipment from Bison Air, this fee is credited toward the purchase
