The Mitsubishi PUMY-L48NKMU is a large-capacity 8-zone multi-zone inverter heat pump outdoor unit built for larger residential and commercial applications requiring whole-building ductless coverage. Capable of connecting up to 8 indoor units simultaneously, this unit delivers 48,000 BTU of cooling and 50,000 BTU of heating with 23 SEER2 efficiency. Using next-generation R-454B low-GWP refrigerant. This page is for the outdoor unit and installation only. Indoor units and branch boxes are sold separately. Price includes standard professional installation with up to 20 ft of lineset per indoor head.

Required Accessories — Branch Boxes
The PUMY series requires at least one branch box for indoor unit distribution. Branch boxes must be installed indoors. Contact Bison Air to confirm the correct branch box configuration for your system.

Note: If using 2 branch boxes, the following additional connection parts are required:

Communication wiring: 16-2C GWA shielded cable must be used between branch box and outdoor unit.
