The Panasonic CU-5Z36BBUC is a 36,000 BTU, 5-zone outdoor unit for a ductless multi-zone heat pump. One outdoor unit runs two to five indoor units, each with its own temperature control, so you can heat and cool up to five rooms in a larger home or a whole floor. It runs on R32 refrigerant and heats down to −26 °C (−15 °F).

4. We confirm the design
We check each room's heat load and the piping runs before installation.
If the indoor units together ask for more than the outdoor unit can deliver, each room gets proportionally less. We size the combination so that does not happen on design days.

Each indoor unit includes its own mounting, refrigerant line set, drain and wiring up to 20 ft. Quoted as extras when needed: wall bracket or snow stand for the outdoor unit, and line set or wiring beyond 20 ft (charged per foot). We confirm the line-set route, electrical capacity and mounting before the job, and every extra is quoted in writing before work starts.
