Full Mechanical HVAC System Installation
For this new home, the goal was to create a high-efficiency, reliable HVAC system that provides comfortable heating and cooling while maintaining excellent indoor air quality.
The mechanical system we installed included:
• AirQuest by Carrier high-efficiency furnace
• AirQuest heat pump system for energy-efficient heating and cooling
• Air handler integration for optimized airflow
• NTI high-efficiency boiler system
• Radiant in-floor heating system

• HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) installation and rough-in
• Bathroom and kitchen exhaust fan rough-ins
This combination provides both forced-air heating/cooling and hydronic radiant heating, which is one of the most comfortable solutions for modern custom homes.
AirQuest Furnace and Heat Pump Installation
The home was equipped with an AirQuest by Carrier furnace paired with a heat pump system.
This setup provides several advantages:

• Energy-efficient cooling in summer
• Quiet operation
• Reduced energy consumption
• Better temperature control throughout the home

NTI Boiler and Radiant In-Floor Heating
For additional comfort, this home also includes a high-efficiency NTI boiler connected to a radiant in-floor heating system.
Radiant floor heating is commonly installed in:

Unlike forced air systems, radiant heating warms the space evenly from the floor up, creating a very comfortable indoor environment during the cold Ontario winters.
Custom HVAC Ductwork Installation
Every new construction home requires properly designed ductwork to ensure balanced airflow.
For this project, our team fabricated and installed custom sheet metal ductwork designed specifically for the home’s layout.
This included:
• Main supply and return duct trunks
• Branch duct runs to each room
• Custom transitions and fittings
• Air balancing provisions for proper airflow
Proper duct design is critical for system efficiency, comfort, and quiet operation.
Many HVAC problems in new homes actually come from poor duct design, which is why custom fabrication and proper installation are so important.
HRV Ventilation System Installation
Modern homes are built much tighter than older homes, which means proper ventilation is essential.
For this project we installed a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) system that continuously brings fresh outdoor air into the home while exhausting stale indoor air.
