For the heating and cooling system, we installed Mitsubishi ducted heat pump equipment, a popular solution for new construction homes and multiplex developments in the GTA.

Proper duct design is essential for comfort and system efficiency. Our team fabricated and installed custom sheet metal ductwork to distribute conditioned air evenly throughout each unit.

Gas manifold installation for multiple appliances

New Gas Meter Installation and Enbridge Coordination

Because the building contains multiple residential units, the project required four gas meter installations.
